Where are your clothes made?
Our clothes are all printed in the USA. Our materials are sourced from various areas in America (both central, south or within the USA).
Where are your clothes designed and where are you based?
All our clothes are designed and curated by the founder, Pooja Anand. We are a Canadian based company, but depending on where she is currently (as she travels a lot) is where the clothes are being designed. Stay up to date as to where she is & what she's doing, here.
Are your clothes ethically made, eco-friendly, sustainable and sweat-shop free?
Yes, of course! Helllooooo, vegan & unethical don't really mesh well together..so duh? Jokes aside and in all seriousness, our product materials are ethically sourced from America (either central, south or the USA), printed in the USA & all our centres and steps in between from conception of design straight to your door use eco-conscious, eco-friendly, ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices. We do our very best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of the packaging materials we use are either recyclable or biodegradable. We are also 100% sweatshop free. So, long story short, yes.
How does shipping work & how long until I receive my order?
Shipping is estimated and calculated live at checkout with several options for you to choose from. However, if you choose our free shipping option over $125 to Canada & USA, this is how it goes down:
If you are shipping our clothes to Canada, you will receive your items between 10-20 business days without tracking info.
If you are shipping our clothes to USA, you will receive your items between 10-15 business days with tracking info.
Please note, if we are experiencing a high volume of sales, orders may be delayed a tad bit more.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes! We do! All you have to do is pay shipping (which is calculated live at checkout), which also gives you an estimate as to when you should receive your order.
What currency are the prices in on your website?
Prices are automatically displayed in USD, however we do have a currency slider menu on the top right of our website to choose between a few more select currencies. You can see prices displayed in either USD, CAD, EUR, GBP and AUD. Note that at checkout, totals will be in USD but you'll be charged (after conversion) in your local currency.
Do you have a refund policy?
No we don't, all sales are final. Since we're strictly an e-commerce based company, we like to keep it streamlined. However, if you, for some odd and rare reason have any problems with your order (aside from ordering the wrong size or washing your clothes incorrectly), definitely reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to keep you happy!
Note: please make sure to view our size guide on the product page of the specific piece of clothing you are ordering right by the description of that item, to ensure you're ordering the right size before placing your order. Also, checkout the washing and care instructions there, too!

Will I have to pay duties or any other fees when I receive my items
This all really depends on where you live, your specific country's rules and regulations and how large the order is. This is not controlled by us, unfortunately! Reach out to your local post office, perhaps? For the most part, we haven't had any problems, complaints or anyone notify us of paying duties out of the 'reg. But again, it really depends.
